I am a helper. And I help people who are currently struggling with depression, anxiety, and other mental illness-related symptoms. I help you expand your mindfulness, improve assertive communication skills, and view yourself, and, consequently, the rest of the world, as living beings worthy of love and respect. I do not simply believe in therapy because of empirical evidence... I know first-hand the beneficial power it can provide. Before seeking mental health services for myself, not only did I suffer from low self-esteem and other depressive symptoms... I also suffered from severe panic attacks. I am grateful each and every day that I no longer suffer from those symptoms. This is just one of many reasons why mental health is the greatest passion of my life.
